More Details🧐 ORHD attributed the jump in sales in Q4-2021 relative to other quarters to increased demands for its units in El Gouna, O West, & Makadi Heights.
- El Gouna sales recorded EGP 4 billion in 2021, a 75% year-over-year increase.
- O West sales recorded EGP 4 billion in 2021, a 43% year-over-year increase.
- Makadi Heights sales recorded EGP 1.2 billion in 2021, a 167% year-over-year increase.
Why is this Important🤔 The increased demand not only led to an increase in the number of units sold, but also in the average price per square meter.
The EGP 9.2 billion sales are a 49% year-over-year increase, while Q4-2021 sales rose by 61% compared to the same period the year before.
