Arab Developers Holding, previously “Porto Group” (PORT), plans to achieve contract sales of EGP 13.5 billion from the Nyoum El Mostakbal project.

The project overlooks Al Amal Axis – the main entrance to the Administrative Capital – located on an area of 653,000 square meters. The project includes villas, buildings, green spaces & golf courses.
The company has completed about 26% of the project’s first phase.

The company clarified that the total sales target of all 15 projects will reach approximately EGP 3 billion by the end of this year.
While the company’s land bank amounted to 5.27 million square meters, consisting of land owned 100% by the company & some of the others are partnerships.
