The Clap Cairo for Investment and Real Estate Development (CIRA), announced its intention to issue EGP 1.5 billion worth of “future flow” securitized bonds in the local market.
Claps Class Future flow securitized bonds allow the pooling of payments generated by future projects into tradeable bonds. This allows companies a different source of financing for their projects.

The company began procedures to obtain FRA approval on the issuance but has not reached its final stages yet.
