Arab Co. for Asset Management And Development (ACAMD) will discuss the memorandum of understanding regarding the partnership offer submitted by RAMW in developing a piece of land owned by ACAMD.
The Deets
RAMW had submitted an offer to ACAMD in May to partner up in developing a 25,000 m2 piece of land in Al Gharbia.
The offer includes collaborating on a commercial touristic project on the piece of land over 5 years, with a 35% stake in the revenues.
The estimated financial offer from RAMW shows that:
-In the case of a 4-story building, the revenue will be EGP 4.2 billion.
-In the case of a 6-story building, the revenue will be EGP 5.8 billion.
-In the case of an 8-story building, the revenue will be EGP 6.7 billion.
