Seera (1810) revealed its contribution to the establishment of the real estate investment fund “Alinma REIT Hotel Fund“, managed by “Alinma Investment“.
The Deets
Three real estate assets in the cities of Riyadh and Jeddah owned by Seera will be included in the fund’s assets.
The company will pay 40% of the value of the real estate assets in cash, and in-kind equivalent to 60% of the value of real estate assets through the issuance of units to the group, in accordance with the rules and regulations of the authority.
Real Estate Assets
Seera’s real estate assets are the Clarion Jeddah Airport Hotel, the Comfort Suite Hotel King Road – Jeddah, and the Comfort Inn Suite Hotel Olaya – Riyadh.
