Dar Al Arkan (4300) signed an agreement with The Trump Organization to develop a resort adding the “Trump” branding as part of the “Aida” project in the Omani capital, Muscat.
What
The agreement will see the development of residential villas, a hotel, and a golf course in the “Aida” project.
The project is being developed in cooperation with the Oman Tourism Development Company (Omran Group), the executive arm of tourism development in Oman.

This deal is the first of its kind for former US President Donald Trump’s family since leaving the White House nearly two years ago, as he agreed not to sign similar deals while he was in office.
Now What
The company indicated that the expected value of the project is $4 billion, as it will be developed over 10 years on an area of 3.5 million square meters.
