The shares cannot be traded until basic registration conditions are met and FRA approval is obtained.
So What
This step comes as a result of the FRA amendments to policies, allowing newly established companies and companies that have not issued financial statements for more than 2 years to be temporarily listed on the EGX.
Now What
The company is given 6 months in order to meet the registration requirements, although the FRA may extend this period.
