Transport companies have been recently rumored to be lining up for listing on the stock exchange, with its peer Port Said Container & Cargo Handling also prepping to go public.
So what
One publicly listed company, Canal Shipping Agencies (CSAG), owns a 20% stake in DCHC.
Now what
If a company doesn’t complete its offering procedures within 6 months of listing on the EGX’s database, it’s game over! If they do get the EGX’s approval, the must also get the FRA’s.
