The General Assembly of Amer Group (AMER) has voted to divide the company into two separate entities: Amer Group & A Capital Holding.
What
The main goal of the division is to create a new company focused on tourism and hotel activities, which should increase overall efficiency, with 68% of the shareholder’s equity going to Amer Group & 32% to A Capital Holding.
So what
If you’re a shareholder in Amer Group, your shares will be divided between Amer Group (which will remain listed on the stock exchange) & A Capital Holding (which should be listed eventually).
Now what
The shares of A Capital Holding will be listed once the split is approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority.
