Mulkia, in its capacity as the manager of the Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT (4336), announced that the fund has joined the global real estate index FTSE Nareit as of December 19 based on the quarterly review of the components of the index in Q4 2022.

Mulkia explained that “FTSE Nareit” is a global index for real estate investment created by the “FTSE Russell” group in cooperation with the EPRA and the Nareit in the United States.

Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT is a closed-ended, Shariah-compliant real estate investment fund that works to provide periodic income to investors by investing in income-generating real estate assets in Saudi Arabia.

It is expected that “Mulkia REIT” joining the global index will be positive, as it will enhance the diversity of unit holders and increase the liquidity of daily trading on the Fund’s units.
