Egyptian government offers land to foreign investors🌆

The Clap
The Minister of Housing has announced that pieces of land in new cities will be available for purchase in US dollars from abroad. 

What
Companies interested in purchasing the land must have a foreign founder & will need to submit their financial information for review.

So what
The ministry is also considering offering land & real estate to Egyptians abroad in exchange for payment in the greenback.

Now what
To make a serious reservation, companies must transfer 5% of the required land value in dollars. Those who do not submit the required documents will not be able to recover their payment.
