SAFE, or “Secure Assets for Fixed Earnings”, allows partial ownership of real estate properties, where the investor can own a specified number of square meters instead of purchasing the entire property.

During the construction period, investors will receive fixed periodic returns, and after completion, they will receive rental income as well.
