Prime Holding CEO said Ghazl El-Mahalla’s IPO subscription deadline will be extended to August 14, 2022, after agreeing with the FRA.
Backstory
Ghazl El-Mahalla’s IPO subscription started on 12 June, 2022, and was scheduled to end on 1 July, 2022.
However, as of July 1, 2022, only about 10 million shares had been subscribed to out of the 98 million shares offered for subscription.
The deets
The maximum subscription was raised to 15 million shares, up from 2 million shares.
In the event of undersubscription
In the event that not all offered shares are subscribed to, investors’ money will be returned to them again.
