The project is owned by Primary Care (a subsidiary).

The project is built on a land area of around 13.3 thousand square meters, while the estimated total area of the project’s built-up areas is about 54.1 thousand square meters, with a capacity of 90 beds.

Saudi Arabia is seeing rapid growth in the healthcare sector and a significant expansion of the medical infrastructure.

A group of local and international companies have already announced expansion plans to establish hospitals and medical centers worth billions of riyals in KSA.

Now What
The construction works of the project are expected to be completed in Q1 2025, while the project’s financial impact will begin to be reflected in Q2 2025.

The project’s land ownership will be transferred from Primary Care to a new company that will be established for the project, which will be a subsidiary of the company.
